Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong item received: If your order contains incorrect products, we will promptly replace or refund upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used psychedelic mushrooms, edibles, or capsules and other products.
Perishable goods or items exposed to heat, moisture, or tampering
Sale items or promotional bundles
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
